The play is the same as 5-card draw. Players bet after the deal starting with the player to the left of the dealer.
After betting, each player can exchange up to three cards. Bet again then the showdown.
Each player receives only 4 cards. All the players share the card in the middle. All other cards of the same rank are wild.
The winning hand is the high hand
In Texas Hold'em, you can sometimes bluff-bet if the flop contains an ace. Your opponents will often fold in such a situation if they don't have any pairs or an open ended straight, because it's impossible for them to have any over cards when the flop contains an ace. Please note that this will only work if your opponents aren't too many or too loose.
