Leading online poker site AbsolutePoker.com is continuing to build its team of sponsored professional players and revealed that female actress and model Lacy Jones has become its second signing.

A member of the Cereus Poker Network, AbsolutePoker.com signed up 24-year-old poker pro Matt Vengrin two weeks ago before securing the signature of the former Bluff Magazine cover girl.

'I'm so excited about this amazing new chapter of my career with AbsolutePoker.com,' said Jones.

'Our fit couldn't be more perfect and I can't wait to share all of the amazing stuff that's in store with the AbsolutePoker.com community.'

Jones began her poker career with ESPN in 2005 after being hired as a model to play in a charity tournament. However, she soon surprised the field by finishing 32nd out on 360 competitors. Since then she has gone on to secure a number of strong finishes, including cashing at the World Series Of Poker and finishing as runner-up at the 2004 San Diego Super Bowl Of Poker.

She will be familiar to many due to her roles on the hit HBO series Entourage alongside Fox Television's The OC. She has also featured in the NBC series Las Vegas and was voted the hottest woman in poker last year by WickedChopsPoker.com. She has graced the cover of Bluff Magazine while also serving as a live commentary on-camera hostess for the World Series Of Poker and co-hosting The Real Deal from the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas.

Jones is set to compete regularly on the online poker site and players can use AbsolutePoker.com’s free Absolute Buddy software to discover where she is seated.

Hook up with Jones and get 100% up to $600 bonus when making your first deposit at Absolute Poker!
