Irish Winter Festival DAY 3

The Irish Winter Festival 2009 is into its third day, and we saw a total of 182 players returning to take their seats at the start of play in Day 2 of the Irish Masters €1,500 + €150 main event tournament. As of 6.30pm, the field had dwindled to just 88 players, with the top 40 being paid!

Most of the big name professionals were knocked out over the first day and a half of play, with online legend Stephen 'allinstevie' Devlin and former Irish Open, Poker Million and WSOP $10,000 PLO champion Marty Smyth the best known players remaining in the field. Chipleaders at this point include:
