Out of 2715 starting players, Ray Foley succeeded to win Event 39, another $1,500 No Limit Hold'em event. He won $657,969 after he defeating Brandon Cantu heads-up.

Cantu is known for his over aggressive style of play and also had a great chiplead when six players remained in the tournament, with more than twice as much chips as the player behind him. He managed, however, not hold it all the way and finally stood Ray Foley as the winner.

Results from the final table:

1. Ray Foley - $657,969
2. Brandon Cantu - $403,951
3. Wei Mu - $269,609
4. Alex Jacob - $190,857

7. Chairud Vangchailued - $96,355

Poker Tips

Where you sit in relation to your turn to bet has an impact on your results. Being forced to be an early bettor in a hand is much less advantageous than being able to bet later in the round.
